Safety is our primary concern! Bragg Bounce Rentals reserves the right to refuse setup and early removal at any event that has the potential to cause damage to its equipment and/or event attendees.
We require a $50.00 deposit to secure the equipment and/or services. Unless otherwise agreed, deposit payment must be received within 24 hours of placing the reservation in order for the order to remain in our reservation system. For your convenience, we accept MasterCard, Visa, Discover, American Express, Cash, Business Check or Money Order. Any outstanding balance, not paid in advance, will be collected by the Bragg Bounce Rentals Representative prior to set up any equipment.
Deposit refunds will be given if cancellation is received seven (7) days prior to the event.If a rental is cancelled due to inclement weather within 24 hours of the event, we will refund the deposit . Deposits for events that are cancelled for reasons other than inclement weather are refundable but may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to 10% of the total contract price.
Weather Policy: Rain - If rain is forecasted for the time that your event is scheduled, then you have the option of postponing or cancelling the event because inflatables cannot be used while wet. If you decide to proceed with the event and we set up the attractions, the full contract amount becomes due.
High Winds - We reserve the right to cancel the rental if the wind is above 20 mph. High winds can move inflatables and cause damage and injury.
Delivery Policy : The delivery fee is calculated by the number of miles from our warehouse to your location roundtrip.
The customer is responsible for communicating poor site conditions prior to delivery.
Bragg Bounce Rentals is insured for our joint protection. Please feel free to ask for a copy of our Certificate of Insurance if required by your Institution's policies. On the day of your event, your signature will be will be required on our Equipment Rental Agreement, Release & Assumption of Risk. In certain instances, an additional Waiver of Liability may be required for event participants. Please download and/or review these documents prior to your event and contact us with have any questions.
For the safety of equipment and personnel, Bragg Bounce Rentals will not setup equipment with the following conditions: rain, snow/ice, high winds, muddy conditions, or the temperature is below 40 degrees. If possible, Bragg Bounce Rentals recommends that you reserve a suitable alternate indoor location for your event such as a church, gym or community center.
If you choose to attempt delivery in these conditions, and we are unable to set up due to environmental and/or weather conditions upon arrival, your deposit will not be refunded.
Post setup of any equipment, no refunds will be issued solely due to environmental and/or weather conditions.
In accordance with state/local laws, we charge sales tax on all rentals. If your organization is recognized as a tax-exempt organization by the state of North Carolina, Bragg Bounce Rentals must receive a copy of your tax exemption certificate prior to your event or we must collect sales tax in accordance with state/local laws.
